Bios:

Amy Losi (Playwright/Actor) is an actor, writer, and director. She has written and directed dramas, comedies, plays for children, and a historical play. Over the last twenty-six years, her writing has been published in educational materials including poems, passages, stories, a play, and countless reading and writing test items. As an actor, Amy has appeared in eighty plays, a commercial, TV shows (Anthony Bourdain’s No Reservations and Celebrity Ghost Stories), a long-running show at The Broadway Comedy Club, and web and independent projects. She wrote and directed a Zoom comedy which won the Spirit of the 2020 Hartford Fringe Festival, as well as awards for Excellence in Directing and Best Ensemble. Her plays have been accepted into ten festivals, and were nominated for seven awards, winning Best Actress and Best Costumes (twice). Amy filmed her play “No Fall My Hand” and won awards for “Best Female Writer Screenplay” (2021 Cutting Room International Short Film Festival) and “Best Female Centre Film” (2022 Philadelphia World Film Festival). She can be seen in the upcoming short film, Frank and Edna Take on Le Mans. Amy is a member of The Dramatists Guild of America. https://www.amylosi.net/

Ashley Adelman (Director) received her BFA from NYU TISCH and her MFA from The Actor's Studio Drama School at Pace University. "In Their Footsteps," written and directed by Ashley Adelman is based on the oral histories she conducted of five American women who served in the Vietnam War, is published by Smith Scripts, has been produced in Italy, Scotland, Australia, and all around the United States. Her newest work uses six interviews conducted by Ms. Adelman of women archaeologists who uncovered a new hominid species in South Africa. This new piece will be a documentary play and is currently in workshop. 

She is the founder of the not for profit theatre company, Infinite Variety Productions, a resident artist at Frigid NYC and resident director at The Sedona Arts Academy. Her writing and her directing focuses on historical works that can give an audience not just a production but an experience.
